Pop culture is fiiiiiine. It is fiiiiine to read a little Us Weekly and watch a lil’ E. Don’t even worry about it. But it’s also important to try to make pop culture a better place. Who can you not hear about anymore? Who do you wish could be removed from the E True Hollywood Story rotation? Who do you think needs to get up out of the news and pull a Demi Moore move to the midwest?
We’ve always liked Anne Hathaway (we even met her!), but lately we’re worried she’s getting too big for her britches. She is spending night after night at the Waverly Inn in NYC, and she keeps talking about how much male attention she gets (sooo Jessica Alba-ish). Plus, her man went on a spending spree using someone else’s money, and now he’s getting sued! The lawsuit says he’s being sued for, “The improper personal expenses included, among other things, excessive and inappropriate private jet travel for Follieri, his actress girlfriend, and his father.” We think they’ve got a little J.Lo 2003 syndrome. Anne, please don’t go to the dark side. Stay at home. Visit the Midwest. Drink tap water. Shop at Target. Please don’t lose your cuteness!
