Ye Age Olde Question: Angie v. Jen

Pepsi or Coke.  Georgia or Auburn.  Spender or Saver.  Democrat or Republican.  Robert or Carter.  All classic and polarizing questions that have caused many a debate.  However, there is nothing more polarizing for an US Weekly loving, nail painting, E! News watching, Neiman Marcus sale rack perusing woman than…Angie v. Jen!!  We’ve all picked a side by now, but every time another person we think we can count on breaks our Jen An lovin heart (Reader Kenny), we remember that this debate will never be settled.  Two questions for the ladies:  1) who do you like better and 2) who would you rather look like?  Fellas – feel free to weigh in too.

Movie Day Friday

Two movies getting all the Wrage this weekend:  Wall-E and Wanted.

Wall-E is Pixar’s newest cash cow, er film about the last robot left on earth.  Why are animated devices so cute?  Who remembers the Brave Little Toaster – that little guy was cuter than a puppy.  Anyway, if you like Pixar, which you really can’t not like, this might be a movie for you.

Wanted is a good summer thriller about Wes (James McEvoy) who is your everyday Joe until he meets Fox (Angelina Jolie) who recruits him to a secret Fraternity.  He learns to unleash dormant powers, but he discoveres his new brothers may be more dangerous than meets the eye.  If you want thriller, you will like.

What’s elaney seeing?

Finding Amanda is a dark comedy about a compulsive gambler (Matthew Broderick) who goes to Las Vegas to save his niece from the strip clubs (Brittany Snow).  The reviews are mixed, but the last time Broderick starred in a dark comedy with a blonde we got Election, so we will definitely be checking this one out!
