Okay Round 2:  Who is the best dressed female in Hollywood? 1.  Heidi Klum (Forget Project Runway, more like Project Heidi) 2. Reese (always cute and put together) 3.  SJP (Iconic) 4.  Katie Holmes (Classic is cool again).

Favorite 2007 Trends

I tried research and compile favorite trends for 2008, but one site said skinny jeans are still in (yea!) and another said they were out, same with scarves, ect.  So…I decided to share with you my favorite 2007 trends that I think are here to stay (at least through the winter).

 1.  Dark Nail Polish.  Looooove it.  Black is obviously coolest, but if you are a working woman (like myself) you might want to stick with maroon.  You can were a regular LBD (Little Black Dress) paint those nails and voila!  Instant fashionista.

2.  Tall Flat Boots.  Not only are they a dressy way to wear flats, they look great over jeans and with dresses and skirts.  Personally, I have black suede boots, and I think that adds a little to an ensemble, but brown and black leather is a yes as well.

3.  Little Hats.  Okay, so I don’t wear them that much, because I don’t think I can pull them off, but they look great on.  Caps and schoolboy caps are a great way to accessorize any outfit in cold weather.

Whether you are an artist or a student or a writer…

We have quite a few New Year’s Resolutions this year.  From standard “exercise 5 days a week” and “take more pictures,” to “move out of my parents house and never return for real this time.”  But whether you feel you want to improve upon, we offer one word of advice:

Whether you are an artist or a student or a writer or a dancer or a singer or a thinker or a runner or a dreamer, paint and work and write and dance and sing and think and run and dream as if your life depends on it.  Because it does.  The talents we are given that we foolishly waste are precious gifts that should be fostered, protected, and developed.  Developed and shared with the world…
