Hippie Long Hair
Two years ago we swore off the hippie long hair. Despite being a bit Marsha Brady about long hair for most of adolensence, two years ago we said goodbye and turned our nose up at all people “hiding behind their hair.” Then we made a big deal about how long hair was so over. And short bobs were so in. Well…..we have the itch again. The hippie long hair itch (no eMum, we will not get the hippie skirts out with the hair. Yes you mentioned how you feel about hippie skirts. Yes we’re sure). But here’s the question (or hair’s the question, if you will)…how old is too old to channel your inner Marsha Brady?? Can we still do it? How many more long and chop cycles are left??

I’m growing mine out for the first time since I was nine. Not cutting it yet!

28 and no plans to chop. I find avoiding the middle part is a good way to avoid the hippie look…

If I can be as happy as that girl, then I am definitely growing my hair long!

I am keeping my long hair!! This is also based on scary high school pictures when my hair was almost chin length.

I’m 26,have long hair and have no plans of chopping it anytime soon. When I get tempted, I just look back at pics and am reminded that I look like a sumo wrestler with short hair

turned 27 yesterday & today I chopped off 12 inches to send to Pantene’s Beautiful Lengths campaign. so, grow out that hippie hair & when you get snarky comments, tell folks you’re doing it for a good cause
