NYC Restaurant Spotlight: Bar Pitti

LL and Dina and SamRon and her mom had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants in NYC, Bar Pitti.  Bar Pitti is casual trattoria in the West Village that serves fabulous Italian food – pasta that melts in your mouth.  It’s where celebs go to be seen without being scene.  Slight reputation for difficult service, and you’ll definitely have to wait to sit outside, so maybe try it on a weeknight.  And did we mention it’s not too pricey?  Meals about $10.

Jeans for Fall

We love the trouser from Banana Republic.  It’s no secret we love our skinny jeans (and thanks for all the confirmation that skinny jeans aren’t going anywhere), but here is a fun alternative from BR for $98.  To see more of their fall denim trends, click here.

Why Didn't You Write?!?

Rachel and Ryan getting back together?!?  They are without a doubt our favorite celeb couple of all time, and they had dinner Monday night with friends!  PLUS, Rach showed up for Ryan’s deejay debut in July.  The couple split in mid 2007 after meeting on the set of The Notebook.  After they broke up, Ryan said, “Women are mad at me.  A girl came up to me on the street and she almost smacked me. Like, ‘How could you? How could you let a girl like that go?’”  Uh, Ryan, duh.  For more, read here.

Thanks for the tip Lauren!

Hot Look for Elaney Business Women

Reader Mulloy (who has great style) thinks Ricky Freeman for Teri Jon is Ricky Freeman for Old and Gray, but we loooooove this look.  In fact, we think we love all of Ricky Freeman’s sophisticated business women looks.  But they don’t come cheap.  This one has a $450 price tag.  Better work hard.
