Are Skinny Jeans Still In?

So we all know that the high waist and wide leg is THE jean for the season. However, we at elaney love some skinny jean. And we really want to squeeze one more fall out of them. What are your thoughts, are skinny jeans still in?

If they make your thighs look big, then you prolly need a darker wash or maybe you shouldnt be wearing them. Skinny Jeans are amazing.
The only jeans id be caught wearing.

skinny jeans are all right, we just need to break away from skinny jeans w/ flats. yawwnn. Sooo boring! I am thinking skinny jeans tucked into biker boots, or w/ converse (high tops rolled down of course), or w/ cute chunky heels. But I am lovvvvinngg the baggy jeans, remember JNCO? I feel like a rebelious stoner/skater again. haha..well I guess I never really changed…

i love skinny jeans, wouldn’t be seen dead in anything else, plus they make my 5ft2″ size 6 frame look fab,any other jean just makes me look bigger than i am, although i agree with you nicole that baggy boys jeans are still fab and like nothing more than to slouch about in them!!!! skinny jeans are here to stay

Skinny jeans will forever stay just like every girl needs a black dress in her wardrobe,doesnt make the skinny jeans any excuse ! I laaaave them, and there SO here to stay.
Doesnt matter if its not in, 9 years later, oldie is goldie, so ill always have it

Definitely skinnies….no question to it. High cuts are okay, but High cut “flares?” Those were hot back in the early to mid- 90′s. They also look funny and often makes your figure look bigger…in terms of body fat. Skinnies will never go out of style..as long as you keep it in style by wearing it (and making it look good). See how fast high cut flares or flares went out of style (they were hot for a year or two, and thats it)? Skinnies should be the one (it’s still popular today). And plus, you have to use your own judgement to see which ones makes your figure look better. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing, the only thing that matters is how good you look in it.

skinny jeans are so cool they are even comming out with skinny jeans for bigger people like myself. I idmit im not 400 pounds but im no paris hilton i mean im a size 18, and the people that say they look fat in skinny jeans there rong because there is no such thing as fat people, you can have fat but you cant be all fat and fat shouldn’t be spelled F.A.T it should be spelled P.H.A.T which stands for Pretty.Hot.And.Thick.

their ok with pumps or flats but def not sk8er shoes or converse (eww makes u look emo). Um.. I’m 5’4 and I’m a size 0-2 but i think they make my thighs look big and i’m not fat:S so they look good on other people but not me.

OK, as long as I can wear a lower rise jean I’m happy, as I cannot wear a normal waist or high waist jean because I’m so darn short-waisted. Would like a straighter leg but it’s all about the waist placement for me.
Seeking every pair that might fit me and holding on to them for dear life.

I will and forever always love skinny jeans. I used to sew my pants that way. When skinny jeans became in, it just made it so much easier for me. I hope they stay around. I don’t wanna go back to sewing my pants.

I’m in a size 7 skinny jeans they look ok…but people with slender figures wear them the best. I think they look really nice with heels. I guess it depends on your body type. Some people i guess shouldnt wear them.

Skinny jeans suck for me… being tall, I much prefer the boot cut… it makes me look curvier and more laid back… (at least the men like it more!)
Wear your black cotton leggings for this look, leave jeans at their “comfortable” relaxed look… it’s more comfortable, and more attractive!!

I prefer skinny jeans are here to stay. Not only do they look good but because both genders where them c : I have learned the differnce between guy’s and girls legs and how to draw them correctly.
They’re so much more comfy too!

I just bought some skinnies and I am size 12, most muscle. I am an athlete. They look fine on me because my calfs are so small.

I Love Skinny Jeans. I’m a size 00-2, and 5’1 they look great on me. I weigh about 100 pounds and have wide hips, bigger thighs, and a larger butt, so they accent my curves! They don’t make my thighs look bigger, they make them look better. Anyone under 130-140 should deffenailty should wear them. Espically the dark washed ones with a light colored shirt with a dark toned peep toe heel. NEVER WEAR THEM WITH UGGS OR ANY TYPE OF BOOTS! It looks tacky and you can’t even see the “skinny ending” of the jeans! If your skinny like me and can’t find skinny jeans, don’t worry! you can get colored ones at Epic, and Light to dark washes can be found at WetSeal! By the way i’m not a child, i’m 18 years old.

Skinny jeans make me look soooo sexy. All the “scene” girls and boys buy them and emo is really HUGE right now. Skinny jeans will probably NEVER die. I won’t even wear jeans unless they’re skinny jeans. SEXY!

hey guys, so i am from germany and i really have to say the skinny jeans are still pretty cool. you can’t go on street without seeing so meany people with skinny jeans and, they fit to nearly everything. you can wear exactly the same jeans with a glamourous and with a street outfit. i think that’s the point why we all LOVE skinny jeans (and we shouldn’t forget about the point that they make us look damn hot!)

Skinny jeans are cute ^^ I think they will always be cute. They may be overshadowed in fashion by other cuts of jeans, but you can never go wrong with skinnies….

skinny jeans are sooo in .. so are flares .. but even if skinny jeans go out of style oldies are goldies!!! by the way im in 8th grade and im 5’1 weighing 120 pounds and i look damn sexy in skinnies!!!

hello world. I’m a 17 yr old male. i have so many skinny jeans in my closet. my aunt from the US always sends me this kind of jeans.. a majority of all my denims are skinny. but i don’t like it very much because it is very uncomfortable to wear. and only a few shirts fit my skinny jeans… i want to wear lose or regular fit instead of skinny… anyway i still wear them, though, but i prefer lose or regular.

Let me just say…skinny jeans are exactly what they are. Coming from a fashion expert, skinny jeans are made for skinny people. Well thinner people. My thought process? They look fabulous on Carrie Underwood. Just because they have it in your size honey doesn’t mean they look good on you. Get a better look in the mirror, they draw attention to the thighs and hips. So if you are even slightly overweight? Chances are these are going to make you look double your weight. Sorry to rant on everyone’s parade, but unless you’re a size 3 these jeans are not for you.
